A Sequence of Pointlessness

Upon my thoughts, I wonder,

When with my hands I touched velvet,

Or upon my lips lingered satin or twill,

Which is it from your form should I see –

Which is it that will more be missed –

Under this circumstance, so listless, so cruel,

Upon my thoughts, I wonder,

Do yours dwell on mine as well?

  11. I love the title of this poem. Often there is no direction to take our thoughts to resolution but instead they become pointless. Great Job!

Missing is an emotion to me that is just as powerful as anger or sadness. The words that it brings forth from you are powerful and are a proof of this fact.Your imagery is divine.
