Mortianna

Things entombed that still remain

Compose I that dares, still,

To grasp a hope hanging in whispers,

Woven into flaxen threads,

Dangling by your fingers,

Born from the womb of your palm,

Permitted to a duty that remains my own

To deny or sanction;

It is only by those hands

That this heart will willingly break for.
