Thesis Defended

Perchance I met you in a different plain of existence –

– on the shores that roared when the Titanic sank

– in the twilight of 1950’s Ong Pin

– under an umbrella in a metro bus stop

– perchance I met you in these colder scenes in a warmer decade, without the prior knowledge of your existence; what could have happened? Will we pass touches? Will there be awkward glances across a decent personal space?

I wonder if those people found a decent brand of happiness.

Because somehow, I traced outcomes and came up with you – my indecent happiness.
